“Triumph of the Lamb”

The Greek word (άηοκάλψιϛ) “apocalypse” doesn’t mean the end of the world, but the unveiling of something or someone. Revelation’s purpose is given to us in the very first verse. John wants his readers to behold the risen Lamb who is ruling over heaven and earth.
